I am over 50 years old so I need more Vitamin B12 in my body for my overall health. I hate taking a lot of pills and medications so this is perfect for me! It gives me the Vitamin B12 that I need and as a bonus it also moisturizes my skin! It smells really good, it's a really relaxing smell. The lotion comes out white and you just rub it into your skin, it absorbs really well, there is no greasy residue whatsoever. I also have very sensitive skin and I had absolutely no problem with this at all. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now. I very highly recommend this product!
